Visit to AIRITOM Free Zone by Representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The visit of the delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan to AIRITOM Free Zone marked a significant step in strengthening economic ties between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The visit was led by the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Beybut Bakirovich Atamkulov, as well as the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Samarkand, Talgat Sagintaevich Sharipov.

During the visit, the delegation met with market representatives and entrepreneurs to discuss prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in the trade and economic sphere. The main focus was on the development of export-import operations between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, as well as the search for new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation.

As part of the meeting, Kazakhstan acquired a trading pavilion, which became an important step in expanding the presence of Kazakh companies in the Uzbekistan market and creating new business opportunities for both countries.

At the conclusion of the meeting, several agreements were signed aimed at strengthening economic ties and promoting joint projects. These agreements represent an important step in deepening the strategic partnership and reflect the commitment of both parties to the development and improvement of trade relations.

This visit also underscored the role of AIRITOM Free Zone as a key platform for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation and trade relations between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan citizens can freely visit the AIRITOM Free Zone by presenting a valid passport or ID. All purchased goods can be taken through customs without restrictions, provided they fall within the established limits.
